It was a planned surprise road trip for my BFF.
DAYLESFORD here we come!!!
Though it wasn't the best weather and time to have gone to Daylesford (POURING), but it was all worth the every minute and second spent with my BFF!!
Started the day with breakfast at a cafe in Blackburn called Klik. Pretty good breakfast. Loved my scramble eggs. It was really fluffly!!! I wonder how scrambled eggs can be made so flufffy!!! Mine somehow turns out dry always.
As you can see, from the picture, totally not the best condition to go on a road trip.
Gloomy weather... perfect mood road trip CD, Phantom of the opera!!!
ARRIVAL to destination!!!
LUNCH at Lake House was planned.... Definitely no doubt for its Two Chefs Hats -The Age Good Food Guide!!

with in-house distilled spring water, worth every penny!!
A tip or two, THERE ARE NO LAVENDER in WINTER.. why didn't I ever think of that?
However, satisfied ourself by trying all the hand creams in the shop, taking some pictures outside the farm, a proof of being there!
Last, but not least, a visit to CHOCOLATE MILL!!! can never say NO to chocolates!!!!
Too bad we weren't lucky enough to try their hot chocolate and chocolate ice-cream!! The shop closes at 4.45pm and we were there at guess what? 4.40 pm, just enough time for us to pick some chocolates for home.
Wanted to stop by at one more, just one more... the ONE place that I really wanted to visit!!
Unfortunately, it was closed when we wanted to get there. Why, Oh, Why did we have to leave it to the very end?
